IMPLEMENTATION

We assist clients in translating plans into reality through concrete implementation plans. We develop budgets, schedules, responsibility matrices, and checkpoint timelines to keep clients on track. We also work with local, State and federal funding sources to identify and apply for funds, and assist clients solicit private developers for public-private partnerships.

Types of Work:
Implementation plans and monitoring for neighborhood revitalization; managing RFP/RFQ process; funding applications for mixed income development; disposition and acquisition plans; grant applications and management.
